| LAW FIRM ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION: Mid-sized law firm seeking individual to serve as the principal administrator with daily operations of the firm. The position involves management of a law firm, including staffing and personnel issues, preparation of accounting entries, preparation of financial reports and supervision of accounts payable and receivable. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Office management, including planning and implementing office systems; organizing office operations and procedures; orientation and training of employees; reviewing and approving supply requisitions and equipment procurement; and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Preparation of all regular and recurring accounting functions, including asset, liability, and capital account entries; preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other financial reports. Reconciliation of banking statements; payroll issues; accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures. Communication of financial data to the partners reflecting actual finance performance.
